The Agent Fast Track at eXp has over 50 agents in 8 states and we’re growing FAST. We’ve doubled each of the past 2 years. I’m passionate about developing people. Before I entered real estate, I was a Director of Operation at a large national retailer. I led over 400 employees at 30 stores in 5 states. I also led a committee that re-wrote the training programs for positions from Store Associate all the way up to District Manager. I loved that job because I developed so many people who earned promotions! While I worked there, I invested in real estate as a hobby, and I grew to love it. The Agent Fast Track provides a way to combine my love of real estate with my passion for developing people.
